Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)/nThese Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Omneura and its members in connection with the use of the services provided by Omneura, as well as other matters necessary thereto./n/nArticle 2 (Definitions)/nThe definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:/n1. The term “Service” refers to all services that members may use, regardless of the type of device on which they are implemented, including but not limited to PCs, TVs, and portable wired or wireless devices./n/nArticle 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)/n1. Omneura shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the Service so that members may easily become aware of them./n2. Omneura may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Information and Communications Network Act”)./n/nArticle 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)/n1. Omneura provides the following services to its members./n2. Omneura may change the contents of the Services, and in such cases, shall notify members by specifying the details of the changes and the effective date of such changes./n/nSupplementary Provisions/nThese Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on January 1, 2026.
